By accessing or using dynalord.com or any services provided by Dynalord (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Service Description

Dynalord provides AI-powered services for modern businesses, including but not limited to:

• AI readiness scanning and reporting
• AI website development and optimization
• AI chatbot creation and deployment
• AI blog and content engine services
• AI social media management
• AI reputation management
• AI voice agent development

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Abuse, misuse, or attempt to circumvent any security measures or rate limits on our platform.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to scrape, harvest, or reproduce reports, content, or data generated by our services without prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data belonging to Dynalord or other users.
• Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful or harmful content.
• Resell or sublicense our services without an express written agreement with Dynalord.

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

4. Payment Terms

The following billing terms apply to paid Dynalord services:

• Monthly billing — paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically each month.
• No setup fees — we do not charge any one-time setup or onboarding fees.
• Cancel anytime — you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged for subsequent months.
• Refunds — all payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Limitation of Liability

The AI readiness reports, analyses, and recommendations provided by Dynalord are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, technical, or otherwise) and are not guarantees of any specific outcome or performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynalord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to Dynalord in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

Dynalord owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Dynalord platform, website, brand, software, reports, and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our platform or proprietary content without express written permission.

Any content you provide to us (such as website URLs or business information) remains your property. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the requested services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time:

• By you — cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
• By us — we may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts, as required by applicable law.
